Terms of Service

    Effective date: September 12, 2026

    1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of pass911.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

    2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.

    3. What you are buying

A free tier and two one-time purchases are offered: Starter and Elite, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken by Stripe. A purchase grants a single person 12 months of access to the tier bought, starting on the date of payment and including updates to that tier during those 12 months. Access ends when the 12 months are up; nothing renews or is charged again.

    4. Refunds

A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to each charge: request a refund within 7 days of that charge and no reason or proof is required. This is the only refund promise we make; there is no refund or promise tied to your test result. EU and UK consumers keep their statutory withdrawal right where it applies.

    5. Acceptable use

    6. Intellectual property

All items, answer explanations, written content, branding, and code are owned by Pass911.com and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them to study. CritiCall is a trademark of its owner.

    7. No affiliation

Pass911 is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Biddle Consulting Group, Inc. or any hiring agency. Every item here is original, written to the documented test modules; we do not have access to live or retired exam content.

    8. No promise of outcome

The Service is provided "as is". We do not promise that using it will result in passing the CritiCall or in any particular score. Our practice scores come from our own model, not from CritiCall; agencies set their own cut-offs, and most never show candidates a score.

    9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

    10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 5. You may close your account at any time from your profile, or by emailing us; see the Privacy Policy for deletion.

    11. Governing law

The Service is operated by Pass911.com, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the Service, are governed by the laws applicable where Pass911.com is registered, and the courts located there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.

    12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to registered users by email before they take effect; continued use afterwards is acceptance.
