Starter or Elite?
Pick Starter if you know your weak modules and want to drill them as often as you like. Pick Elite to rehearse the whole sitting: modules back to back, each on its own clock, then an overall result. Elite shows that result two ways because the agencies we found use both kinds of pass rule. Some require a pass in every module (RCMP BC, Colorado State Patrol); others cut on one overall score (Pinal, Navajo, Austin).

In our practice model, a percentile appears only once 30 completed runs of a module exist, and runs that used audio replay don't count. Details: our scoring model. For the drills themselves, see what each module covers.

Why 12 months
One application can turn into more than one sitting. Palo Alto gives applicants two opportunities to pass. In Canada, RCMP BC allows a retake after a two-week wait. Apply to a second agency and it picks its own modules. Twelve months leaves room for all of that, on one payment.
The 7-day money-back guarantee
If Pass911 isn't for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and ask for your money back. The guarantee applies to each charge, and you don't need to give a reason or proof.
It's a money-back guarantee, not a pass guarantee. No practice tool can promise how your agency will score you. Full conditions: Terms of Service.
What you need
A computer, desktop or laptop, with a keyboard, plus headphones or speakers for the audio modules. Runs don't work on phones; on a phone you can sign up, read the guides and have the link emailed to you. Palo Alto, Newton and Cambridge advise a familiar keyboard with a number pad rather than a flat laptop keyboard. Practice on the keyboard you'll test on.
Pricing FAQ
Is Pass911 a subscription?
No. You pay once. Access lasts 12 months from payment, and nothing renews.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Elite later?
Yes. Starter holders upgrade to Elite for $30. Each purchase gives 12 months of access to the tier bought, starting on the payment date.
Is there a free version?
Yes: one full run of audio data entry with emergency messages, plus the 911 dispatcher typing test, which needs no sign-up, and the keyboarding drill once you're signed in.
Do you charge in Canadian dollars?
No. One price list, in US dollars, for buyers in the US and Canada.
Do you guarantee I'll pass?
No. The 7-day money-back guarantee is a refund term, not a promise about your agency's decision. Practice score from our model — not a CritiCall result. Agencies set their own cut-offs, and most never show candidates a score.
Is Pass911 connected to Biddle or my agency?
No. Pass911 is an independent practice tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Biddle Consulting Group or any hiring agency.
